Property Description
TPC Sawgrass homes in the LAKESIDE community rarely come on the market. This has Brazilian cherry floors & tongue & groove vaulted wood ceilings in the large great room & primary bedroom. Great room has a wood-burning fireplace surrounded by library bookshelves. Thru a wall of glass that brings in delightful light, savor the views of the new wood deck, recently re-done swimming pool & the lake beyond. Small screened porch off the dining room makes sitting out to enjoy the fresh air & lake views a year-round pleasure. Master bath has been beautifully remodeled with Italian white Carrara marble & features a walk-in shower & jetted tub. The third bedroom is being used as an office/den with double pocket doors & features a pecky-cypress wood ceiling. This room's closet has been removed for a TV cabinet but seller is willing to replace. The kitchen needs a full remodel, but the price has been well adjusted below the cost & effort to design & make it your own. Rendering/estimate attached. Front gated courtyard features golden travertine tile. The exterior was completely re-painted, whole new roof, and the pool pump & filter were all replaced in the summer of 2023. Easy walk to the TPC Clubhouse for brunch, lunch or dinner! Ask about our Preferred Membership Offering to the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, and The Lodge & Club.
