100 El Dorado Drive, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043

Property Description

BACK ON MARKET! Buyer couldn't close. Lovely, mostly cleared level land close to Green Cove Springs. These are 7 lots that are part of the old platted subdivision of El Dorado Heights (shows 1.94A). New homes have recently been built on Sunset Ave that are directly adjacent to this property. There is already a dedicated road easement (El Dorado Dr - owned by the City of GCS) that will allow for completion of a new street that would front these lots. One lot is 75' by 125' & the others are 100'x125'. See documents for old plat. Possible replat as City has entertained the idea of more ''work force'' housing townhouses with a density of 10 u/a or more. Buyers must verify acreage, end use, densities, & road requirements at their expense. County acreage of 1.36A is wrong. Measured at 1.84A. Possible 8 lots with cul-de-sac for SFR.
